Member Relations


To provide effective and timely communication and information to the chapter base of members and other interested individuals regarding chapter activities, educational opportunites and general announcements via website, social media, newsletters and email communications.


To continuously improve the ease by which volunteers and members interact with the local PMI community.


Chapter Communications    

  • Internally, we provide regular updates to the chapter membership and volunteers in the form of Email Blasts, Website Updates, and monthly newsletters.
  • Externally, we target the general PM community with information and updates from the chapter, via Facebook, LinkedIn and Twitter.  In addition we work with affiliated groups such as ISACA, IISA and IIBA.

Membership Management    

  • Membership Directory - This is a service available exclusively to PMI-SVC members.
  • Membership Retention - The Membership retention team strive to retain our members. PMI Global has new initiatives to retain their members and the chapter is making strides to achieve these initiatives.
