Capucine Chatman-Williams is a PMP and certified ScrumMaster® project manager. She has over 12 years of project management experience in the for-profit and non-profit healthcare profession. Capucine began volunteering in the St. Louis Metropolitan Chapter as a "Non-Profit Manager". In 2019, she relocated to California and joined the Sacramento Valley Chapter and served as the Director of Forums for Professional Development. Capucine specializes in process improvement, strategy, planning, coaching and mentoring. During her career, Capucine has been a project leader for various projects, such as Data Healthcare Transformation, Biomedical, Hospital Data Archiving, Infrastructure and System/Server upgrades, Process Improvement and Organizational Strategic alignment. She has also served as a COVID-19 task force leader, steering multiple projects to build surge hospital beds in hotspot states during this pandemic. It brings Capucine great joy to give back to the professional community and it is her passion to coach, mentor and develop project leaders. She is currently the Vice President of Operations for the Sacramento chapter of the Project Management Institute and is an active volunteer.
