    Project Charters, as used at Adventist Health, are far more than Scope; Charters guide the PM, as well as all leadership, towards the execution of a project, and define all the related aspects of what is required to bring the project to successful completion. Includes defining the key roles & responsibilities, including authority and reporting.

    Meeting Speaker: Mark Carlos

    About the Speaker: Currently a Project Manager for Adventist Health West, Mark has been managing projects for over 35 years.  His PM experiences range from technology perspectives of manufacturers, distributors, resellers/integrators, and end-users, to non-technology projects in construction and facilities management.  Mark has held senior leadership roles in IT, including VP and Director, as well as middle management and contributor roles. Mark have been focused in Healthcare for the past 8 years, and has realized the opportunity to put his lifetime of experiences into play.
