Traditional Waterfalls and Agile Trickles … Learn How to Navigate the Waters!

Agile is alive and doing well in the greater Sacramento area.  Are you curious to know more about what it’s all about?

This presentation will cover the basics of the Agile approach and help waterfall-minded project professionals understand what’s the same and what’s different when we compare traditional project management and the agile-based approaches.  Roles, practices, processes, artifacts, and reporting will be addressed, along with other organizational change management topics.

Attend the February PMI-SVC Dinner Meeting for an informative look at these two perspectives.

Advance reading of the current Scrum Guide is recommended but not required.  (Link)
