Wayne Hart

Background:

I currently work as a senior manager in the Strategic Planning and Performance team for Blue Shield. I have had my Project Management Professional (PMP) since 2005 and my blackbelt since 2018. I have a passion for process improvement, efficiencies and for acquiring new skills.

Qualifications:

I am PMP, ASQ Six Sigma Black Belt, and Scrummaster. In addition, I have seen how ASQ, and PMI have used different distance media platforms to bring Professional Development Units (PDUs) to the members and I want to look at how we can leverage multiple ways to deliver free or low-cost PDUs to our members to increase the number of certifications maintained and earned.

Vice President of Marketing candidate

Kate Bondurant

Kate BonDurant

Background:

I joined the chapter in January of 2021 after earning my PMP in December. I began my volunteer career on the Professional Development team where I assisted with helping each function get off the ground by providing manpower, creative brainstorming, and removing obstacles. I soon found an opening on the Marketing team where I could flex my creative and strategic muscles fell in love. I’ve been helping PMI-SVC with marketing since March of 2021

Qualifications:
My vision for the chapter is similar for my vision for the Marketing function. To connect with the greater Sacramento area project managers (by function or title) and provide support, information, and inspiration. I’d like to see PMI-SVC become a reliable tool in the greater Sacramento area’s tool belt.

Vice President of Operations candidate

Matthew Daley

Matthew Daley

Background:

I have been a member of the chapter for over 10 years and have been actively volunteering with the chapter as the Director of Information Technology (IT) since January 2022. For the last six years, I have been working in IT with the Sierra Nevada Conservancy (State of California) and in addition to IT duties, I have assumed a project management role for the organization.

Qualifications:

Over the next two years as the Vice President of Operations, building on my current role as Director of IT for the chapter, I will continue to build out IT infrastructure to make it easier for volunteers to work and collaborate as well as provide services to members. In addition, I will work to support the other departments in the chapter to help them provide the experiences that members expect.
