NOTE: The Election Committee is required to work with our PMI global liaison early in the election process, placing our request to reserve the start and end dates for the voting period. PMI Global requires at least two weeks of lead time in order to reserve a voting placeholder in PMI’s voting tool and to upload preliminary data for the upcoming election. The tool captures a snapshot of all eligible voters (chapter members in good standing) well in advance of the start of voting. This means that all members must be in good standing more than four weeks prior to the start of voting in order to participate as a candidate or to cast a vote.
