Vice President of Career Development candidate
Wayne Hart
Background:
I currently work as a senior manager in the Strategic Planning and Performance team for Blue Shield. I have had my Project Management Professional (PMP) since 2005 and my blackbelt since 2018. I have a passion for process improvement, efficiencies and for acquiring new skills.
Qualifications:
I am PMP, ASQ Six Sigma Black Belt, and Scrummaster. In addition, I have seen how ASQ, and PMI have used different distance media platforms to bring Professional Development Units (PDUs) to the members and I want to look at how we can leverage multiple ways to deliver free or low-cost PDUs to our members to increase the number of certifications maintained and earned.
