The PM / AI Tools Lunch & Learn is a monthly, in-person professional forum focused on hands-on use of project management, data analytics, and AI tools.

Each session introduces one practical tool or application and demonstrates how it can be used immediately in real project environments. The Monday lunchtime format is intentional—participants leave with something they can apply that same week, turning learning into action.

Bring your lunch, bring your laptop, and expect to leave more capable than you arrived.

Depending on the monthly topic, participants can expect to:

  • Learn how a specific PM, analytics, or AI tool is used in practice
  • See live demonstrations and follow-along examples
  • Understand where the tool fits into real project workflows
  • Leave with ideas or artifacts they can apply immediately

  • Attendees are encouraged to bring a laptop
  • No paid software licenses required (free, trial, or demo versions used where applicable)
  • Attendees bring their own lunch

About the PM / AI Tools Lunch & Learn Series

This monthly series is designed to help project professionals move beyond theory and into practical execution.

Many practitioners understand frameworks and methodologies but lack confidence using the tools that make projects successful. This forum closes that gap by creating a low-pressure environment to learn, experiment, and share expertise across the community.

Facilitators rotate by topic, while the series is hosted consistently. Participants may propose topics or volunteer to facilitate by contacting the forum lead.

  • Vendors may share contact information at the conclusion of the session
  • Sessions are currently in-person only, with a future intent to explore hybrid options
