Every project manager knows the basics of project management from initiation to closing and the importance of documenting lessons learned. Oftentimes, managing a project requires going back to the basics: determine the business need, identify key stakeholders, and so much more. The 2019 PMI-SVC Professional Development Day will offer a variety of educational opportunities to understand the basics of project management.
