Topic: AGILE and Traditional: A tale of two frameworks
About the Topic:
Mixing Agile and Traditional Waterfall methodologies is unavoidable as both are firmly established in most workplaces. This presentation will go into where they each belong and how to coexist in a dual environment. Real life examples of managing traditional Risk and Issues and integrating Project Schedules using Agile tools such Jira will be demonstrated.
Speaker/ About The speaker:
Sundar is Chair of the PMI-SVC’s Technology Forum and currently works at Office of Systems Integration on the Child Welfare Digital Systems Project.
Sundar has over 25 years’ of experience in IT and PMO including Application development, Technical Architecture, Systems Design, Data warehousing, QA, Data Analytics and Project/Schedule Management.
 Meeting Frequency: The Forum meets on the 4th Tuesday of every month from 6:00-8:00 PM.
