Anantha Kadur has more than 25 years of experience in the IT industry.   During this period, Anantha has worked as Senior Project/Program Manager, Director of MIS, I.T. Director, Change /Configuration Manger and as an IV&V process analyst. Some of the workstreams (sub projects) that he has led as a Program Manager/Senior Project Manager ($200 + Million) are: Data Cleansing /Data Conversion, Interfaces, Testing and planning for the project including across different business units. Anantha has been involved in process re-engineering, systems analysis, design, development, installation and implementation of IT systems using a variety of hardware and software technologies. Anantha has a Bachelor of Engineering degree, a MBA and is also a PMP, PMI –ACP Agile Certified Practitioner (PMI-ACP) and ITIL Certified.  

As a Program Manager / Senior Project Manager Anantha was responsible for planning, execution and close-out of each assigned sub-project of a replacement system from the current Payroll System to a new system-wide HRIS and payroll system (HCM –PeopleSoft - HCM 9.2), 200 + million-dollar project. Anantha’s responsibilities as a project manager included detailed analysis, project planning and customer support for all assigned tasks. He was also responsible for each implementation from project planning to closeout.
