In this one-hour discussion, we will review numerous case studies from the last 45 days where Agile was used to save lives and the economy: inclusive of situations from the government, healthcare industry and private sector. We will contrast these case studies to the project management principles and practices we use daily. You will leave with five Agile practices that you can apply to your projects today; allowing you and your team to thrive in times of chaos and uncertainty.

A senior Enterprise Agile Coach, Trainer, and Scurm Master with 20 years of Agile, Scrum, and Lean experience. Experience in industries including healthcare, insurance, consumer goods, financial services, manufacturing, utilities, telecommunications, government, and energy. Author of the Agile transformation book, Becoming Agile in an Imperfict World. Focused on organization change management during an Agile transformation. Agile coarching and leadership experience at the Portfo9lio, Program and Team levels. Skilled in costomizing Agile to fit organization culture, work type, governance, and constraints. Extensive experience in training and leading teams remotely. Greg has lead Agile transformations at organizations such as CDWQ, Microsoft, Exsxon Mobiel, Costco, JP MOrgan Chase, StubHub, Stanford University, Autodesk, First Data Corporation, Halliburton, TD Ameritrade, International Money Fund, The World Bank Group, Fannie Mae, State of Washington, State of Texas, and the City of New York.
