Description: Agile is designed for situations where critical deliverables must be delivered in short cycles. In this one-hour discussion, we will review numerous case studies from the last 45 days where Agile was used to save lives and the economy: inclusive of situations from the government, healthcare industry and private sector. We will contrast these case studies to the project management principles and practices we use daily. You will leave with five Agile practices that you can apply to your projects today; allowing you and your team to thrive in times of chaos and uncertainty.
