PMI-SVC Virtual Meeting - July 2020
Topic: Greater Project Management Effectiveness through Differentiating Facts Versus Stories
Presentation: What are reality maps and why do they matter? How do blind spots block us from acting on our intentions? Understanding the answers to those questions can help to move past common barriers such as unsatisfying relationships or being stuck in the workplace. This presentation will discuss how to utilize the Clarity Compass tool, specifically the Facts vs. Stories Polarity, to solve these problems.
This session is an interactive training session and not a passive webinar.
This will be a virtual meeting. Register and you will receive a confirmation email with your Zoom meeting information. This event is limited to 50 attendees.

“I found your model useful (and understand that we covered just a very fine brush across the top). I especially appreciated the calling out of actions NOT taken. Also, by way of appreciation for your coaching skills, I thought you did a lovely job of listening to the participant and going with her “deeper issue” instead of staying with the tactical “how can you make your boss realize your worth”.” – Anne G.
“It was very informative and of course the interaction and Aditi’s participation was just fantastic.” – Malvieka J.
