Working from home presents new challenges for teamwork, and without effective strategies in place, our ability to collaborate and indeed our overall well-being can suffer. In this session, we will explore easy self-care practices, ways to keep yourself motivated, and some approaches to balancing work and home life.

As a trainer and coach, Sylvette Wake applies positive psychology and appreciative inquiry practices to help professionals develop their strengths and unlock their potential. She is thrilled by the moment when clients say, “Wow, I can’t wait to try that.”

Sylvette’s training portfolio of over 30 classes includes: Communicating Effectively, Emotional Intelligence, Conflict Resolution, Leading and Motivating Virtual Teams, Change Management and Problem Solving. She is also a Master Practitioner for Conversations Worth Having, a certified Life and Executive coach, and a Strengths Finder trainer and coach.

As variety is the spice of life, Sylvette leverages a diverse background that includes managing sporting events and teaching sailing for the U.S. Army in Berlin, Germany, delivering training to emerging leaders in India and directing two non-profit start-up companies.
