Strategic vs. Tactical Planning

Heather Pettit, CIO, Judicial Council of CA, State of California

Presentation:

When you have a strategy but no tactics, nothing really happens. When you have tactics but no strategy, you end up with a mess. We have all seen or heard plenty of horror stories. Why do so many organizations fall short in covering both bases? Or worse yet, leave them at odds with each other? It’s an easy fix once you get the hang of it. This session lays out the path to planning success.
