Description:
Scrum Framework is simple to understand but challenging to execute and practice. A lot of us find Scrum easy to learn and also get certified but when it comes to actually implementing it, many of us tend to fall back to the traditional way of development or modify it to the extent that we lose the value.
In this session, we will cover:
- pre-requirements before we start Scrum
- defining product and aligning teams
- cultural change expected from leadership, stakeholders, and Scrum team
- managing between product development and support
- Agile and Scrum principles to follow
- adding value to product and improving customer experience
