Burnout is much more than an overloaded workload. Whether you seek to prevent burnout, are on the brink of it, or already have burnt the candles on both ends, this event is for you. We will talk through the various root causes to burnout, plus ways to prevent it from controlling your life so you can thrive and be effective, while enjoying what you do.

Speaker Bio:
KatieRunyan

Katie Runyan is an entrepreneur by night and a Senior Director of Product at Webconnex by day. Starting at Webconnex through Customer Support & Sales when there were only 13 people, she developed her role in Product Development. Now, as the company organically grown to 48 employees, she is the Sr. Director of Product, leading in their product strategy as well as ensuring projects reach the finish line.

Being in a smaller company as well as an entrepreneur means you wear multiple hats consistently. Katie has faced the dangers of burnout and has had to learn how to effectively lead across various teams, manage her time, energy, and mental health to successfully thrive in all she does.
