Course Description: 

The world has a ton of management disciplines like Waterfall, Lean, Six Sigma, Agile, Scrum, Dev Ops, Kan Ban and now it’s all about OKR’s. The 120VC Project Leadership Program is a 14-week course that teaches the playbook we have been using for 20 years to complete large global transformational projects for the Fortune 50; regardless of the management discipline they want us to use. Join us and learn how to lead and achieve effective results regardless of the discipline Du Jour.

The Transformational Leadership Course is different. Unlike other training on Leadership, Project, Product, and Change Management, this course is taught by a team that delivers global transformational initiatives for our clients. The TLP is designed to educate and ignite a movement that will elevate the practices of leadership, teamwork, and humanity in the workplace, maximize human potential, and accelerate innovation. There are two weeks of assignments and learning community interaction between each online instructor led class. Each week’s assignments should take 2 – 3 hours weekly. There is a total of 8 two hour instructor led classes; the entire program is 14 weeks.
