Course Description: 

This course meets the 14-hour classroom requirement for the DASM exam. Included with this course is one free exam code for the PMI DASM Certification. Classes are taught by experienced DA certified instructors with real life experience as Agile Project Managers. No Agile experience is required – this is introductory training and certification built to educate you on Agile and Lean fundamentals and the Disciplined Agile tool kit with skills to immediately apply what you will learn. In addition to the 14 classroom hours, you will receive the following resources:

• Welcome kit.
• PMI digital student kit.
• Access to class recordings for review purposes.
• Hands-on exercises.
• Course guarantee.

Presenter Biography

Barb Waters is a certified Project Management Professional (PMP)®, Disciplined Agile Scrum Master (DASM)®, and Agile Certified Practitioner (PMI-ACP)®. She has served as a reviewer for the Project Management Body of Knowledge (PMBOK)® 6th edition and the upcoming Standard for Project Management. Barb serves as the lead PMP trainer for Skillsoft, the leader in corporate learning. As the owner of Peak Business Management, Barb provides training, guidance, and insight to organizations who are navigating the rapidly changing landscape of project management. She also provides support and mentorship to her students beginning with the PMI® application process and continuing beyond their certification.
