Event Overview: Attendees will learn about what Design Thinking is, how it works and how it is being integrated into the project management space (into the Agile process).
About Design Thinking: Design Thinking is a non-linear, iterative process that businesses or individuals can use to understand people (members, clients, users), challenge assumptions, define or redefine problems and create innovative solutions to ultimately prototype, test and deliver. Involving five different modes—Empathize, Define, Ideate, Prototype and Test—it is often used to tackle problems that are ill-defined or unknown.
