Tom Carlos has served as a Project Management Consultant for over 25 years, in both the Public and Private Sectors, including the areas of Technical, Accounting, and Operations environments.
Tom is an accomplished and proven leader, employing unique blend of business and technology experience, helping organizations improve their operations, strategic execution, and for private sector clients, profitability.
Tom has been a member of the PMI-SVC chapter for over 20 years. His contributions include organizing the 2003 Software Expo, assisting with the launch of the then called “Job Team” and now known as the “Career Development Forum,” a member of the original PMI-SVC SharePoint deployment team, and most recently serving as the Chair for the Consultant-Contractor Forum.
When there is spare time, Tom continues to enjoy his weekend warrior status of guitar player and spending time in his electronics lab, rebuilding and saving guitar amplifiers and similar equipment from the ill fate of being tossed in a landfill and continuing to provide that “old vintage sound” to their owners.
