Building an Effective Kanban Board
In this short workshop, we’ll review how Kanban boards are used and learn how they are created. Then, we’ll practice designing custom Kanban boards that meet your project’s specific needs and provide suggestions for improving current boards.
Come join this interactive workshop If you have a current Kanban board, take a picture or screenprint to share with the group. Or come with an idea of what you need and we’ll help you design a new board.
