Currently serving as the Director of Application Development at Paradigm Corp, brings several decades of experience and leadership in IT Healthcare. His expertise includes developing large-scale Healthcare solutions, system integrations, and system implementations. Previously, he worked at Blue Shield of California he helped launch, manage, mentor Agile teams at Blue Shield of California. As an Agilist, Mahender is passionate about fostering agile transformation. He enjoys being a transformational leader and an Agile coach, having helped launch, manage, and mentor Agile teams. His commitment to agile practices aligns with the idea that leadership and culture play a crucial role in successful agile transformations. When he’s not working, Mahender enjoys reading, working out, playing tennis, skiing, and watching movies with his wife and two adult children.
