Speaker: Frank McMaye, MS, PMP, SCPM, ITIL

Frank McMaye is the President of E-Global Network, LLC a Program Management and IT consulting company. He is also the President of the African Foundation of Education, Technology and Arts Research (AFETAR). Frank was the co-founder and former President of ZealTech, LLC, a microprocessor analysis and testing company. He has served as President of the African Education and Research Foundation and was the former President of the Sacramento Valley Association of Nigerians  

Frank is a Faculty Member of the University of California Extension, and the University of Phoenix where he teaches Program Management and Information Technology. Frank holds a BS in Industrial and Systems Engineering, and MSE in Microelectronics Packaging from San Jose State University. He is a Stanford Certified Advanced Project Manager in Strategic Execution. Frank is the author of Superkids-Leadership Guides of Young People and Project Manager Mom. Publications include: Evaluation of alternative cooling techniques for TAB packages – IEEE/CHMT Proceedings and Electronic package characterization per JEDEC standard – Electronic Cooling Magazine
