Nathan Champion is a former Army helicopter pilot turned Strategic Program Manager and now Account Principal at Clutch, a local consulting organization, where he helps organizations with strategic plan development, project management, and change management. After 25 years of military service, he transitioned into a federal leadership role, then pivoted again into the private sector—two very different experiences that shaped his approach to career navigation, leadership, and adaptability. Nathan now shares those lessons through speaking engagements with professionals, students, and transitioning veterans. He’s a PMP, Agile Scrum Master, and Six Sigma Black Belt.
