In this Tech Tool Lunch & Learn session, Nate Champion will lead participants through the process to create a practical Power BI dashboard using data from an Excel spreadsheet or a SharePoint list. The session will guide attendees through connecting data sources, shaping and modeling data, and designing clear, effective visuals that support project tracking and decision-making. The focus will be on translating raw data into actionable insights that improve status reporting, performance monitoring, and stakeholder communication. Attendees will leave with a working dashboard example and a clear understanding of how Power BI can be applied in real-world project and program environments.
Make sure you bring your bag lunch, and a computer with PowerBI desktop installed if you want to follow along!
