Ben is a licensed Civil and Structural Engineer with deep roots in California’s Central Valley and more than two decades of experience in engineering, public works, and infrastructure leadership. From his early work in structural design to serving as Agency Director for the Tulare County Resource Management Agency, and now as Principal Transportation Engineer with the California High-Speed Rail Authority’s Construction Office, Ben brings both technical credibility and executive perspective to the conversation.
