She leads cross-functional matrix teams to drive operational excellence, revenue and cost efficiencies across clinical, business, and merger & acquisition implementation efforts. Her program and project management background spans various industries from information technology, healthcare, insurance, governmental relations, higher education, to nonprofits. She holds an MBA from William Jessup University, as well as a Master of Science and dual bachelor’s degrees in Molecular Biochemistry and Economics from UC Davis. With a PMP certification on the horizon! Stephayne believes firmly in civic service and engagement. She is privileged to serve her community in various roles as the Corporate Relations Chair for the Salvation Army Echelon Board, Adjunct Professor for William Jessup University, and a key contributor of the new Project Management Institute – Sacramento Valley Chapter (PMI-SVC) Mentorship Program.
